Compact Bluetooth Audio Circuit Board Design

I'm in need of an experienced electrical engineer who can design a small circuit board (less than 2 inches). The board must utilize the Bluetooth audio master module I've sourced and support some basic Bluetooth pairing functions.

Key Features:
- Audio playback (via bluetooth module feasycom BT955)
- Power management with 3.3V or applicable rechargeable battery and USB-C charging functionality
- Button to scan for local Bluetooth devices
- LCD display showing a list of devices
- Buttons that give the ability to select a device from the display/list for pairing and pair to it
- Button to reset the module/pairing
- The bluetooth module will be set to HFP mode and support in/out audio from bluetooth headphones back to a wired in/out connection on the board.

The professional I'm seeking ideally has experience with circuit board design involving Bluetooth technology and LCD displays. Being detail-orientated and adept at compact designs is also crucial given the small size requirement. Let's bring this Bluetooth audio project to life!
Happy to use an arduino chip on the custom board if appropriate or open to suggestions.
