Circuit and PCB design

We are looking for someone who can develop a small circuit for a wearable. We have a motor installed inside the wearable that is used to pump liquid. We want to activate the pump as soon as the user leaves through a door. Similar to how keyless entry works in cars. The circuit should turn on the motor for 5 secs inside the wearable then shut off.
