Check my PCB for issues

Dear freelancers,

I am making a PCB for a Raspberry Pi microcontroller. I have had it professionally printed, but it does not work. I have ruled out any hardware issues wit hthe microcontroller, and think that the issue is bad wiring in the PCB but I do not see where.

I need someone to go over the PCB design, and check if they can find the issue. The files are made in Eagle.
