Build a custom Asic Bitcoin miner fully working

I kinda have no clue what I am talking about a when it comes to pcb making but I know a ton about mining cryptocurrency like Bitcoin and eth so if you can successfully build me a crypto miner that is 300 th/s and a power consumption of under 5,000 wats then you will get the job I do not care how big this miner is the bigger the better
