Build me a PCB

Hi, I am looking for someone to build me a working PCB. The PCB is attached with an E-ink Display and work to be an eNote Device. I already have a PCB and I want it to be the base of the new PCB you can drive the idea from that PCB. The condition is that it's a Confidential Product so we'll personally meet and create.
