Build me a Gerber File

We require a Gerber file to be made. We need it so we can get some quotes for some printed circuit boards. The information we have to go off is some circuit diagrams, a list of the relevant components and a couple of images of a current completed board that we believe to be a master (although not 100% certain). If there is anything that is needed in order to complete this then I will be happy to try and provide it but there isn't a whole lot more information we have to hand.
