Bluetooth PCB Design for Wearable Tech
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
Bluetooth Wearable Device – PCB Design & Firmware Development (Audio + Noise Cancellation)
Project Overview:
We are seeking an experienced embedded systems engineer or hardware/firmware design specialist to develop a Bluetooth-based wearable device with audio capabilities, including microphone input, speaker output, and noise cancellation features.
This is a hardware + firmware development project. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Bluetooth audio systems, wearable product design, and low-power embedded development.
Core Requirements:
1. PCB Design
Design a compact, production-ready Bluetooth PCB for a wearable form factor (ear-hook, clip-on, or similar)
RF layout optimization for stable Bluetooth connectivity
Integration of audio components: microphone, speaker driver, optional ANC mic
Use of proven SoC like Airoha ATS3019E, Qualcomm QCC series, Bluetrum, or JieLi
2. Firmware Development
Implement Bluetooth communication (Classic and/or BLE)
Enable audio streaming, microphone capture, and speaker output
Support for TWS mode (optional)
Implement noise cancellation algorithms (feedforward ANC or ENC)
Power management for wearable usage
Deliverables:
Complete schematic and PCB layout files (e.g., Altium, KiCad, or Eagle)
Gerber files, BOM, and manufacturing-ready output
Firmware source code (C or C++), with proper documentation and build instructions
Basic test and debug support during prototyping
Optional: 3D model and enclosure fitment considerations
Ideal Candidate Has:
3+ years in Bluetooth and audio hardware design
Experience with Bluetooth SoCs (Airoha, Qualcomm, Actions, etc.)
Strong understanding of analog/digital audio circuits
Hands-on experience with ANC / ENC / DSP techniques
Familiarity with Bluetooth audio profiles (A2DP, HFP, HSP)
Ability to deliver production-grade firmware
