I’m developing a compact bio-wearable device and need technical expertise to finalize the build.
Key Requirements:
- Edit existing STL file for proper PCB fit (30mm diameter, under 1.5mm thick).
- Design production-ready PCB (Gerber + BOM).
- Implement basic firmware for sensor data collection and BLE transmission.
- Integrate pogo pin charging if feasible.
- Ensure readiness for manufacturing and test assembly.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in PCB design and firmware development.
- Experience with BLE communication.
- Background in 3D modeling and STL file modification.
- Attention to compact design and ease of manufacture.
