Backup battery schema & PCB (ultra low power)

I am looking for a skilled electronic engineer to help me design a new electronic schema. The goal of this project is to create an ultra-low power schema that can provide a backup power supply when the main battery is depleted, and to ensure that the processor receives an interrupt signal when the backup battery is used.
If you are interested in this project and have the necessary experience and expertise in designing electronic schemas, I would like to invite you to submit a proposal outlining your approach to the project, including your timeline and budget.
Please note that if your schema design is approved, you may also be tasked with designing a sample PCB based on the schema.
