Audio Streaming Hub development

The project is to develop a device to provide multiple steamings to Users. The device works as a music hub.
The device streams the music to Google cast, Bluetooth, and Airplay speakers. The device gets audio streaming data from Spotify, Tidal, SoundCloud, Napster, Google music, youtube music, etc.
The important thing is to stream the music simultaneously. The device should provide up to 32 speakers. That is, the single music can be played in up to 32 speakers through the hub.
And also, the device should provide multiple channels concurrently.
For example. The user is listening to a song streamed from Spotify in the bedroom, and a second user is listening to a song sourced from Tidal on the living room.
In this case, the hub would need to be doing a lot of things concurrently, namely the stream/sourcing/decoding and the Airplay/Bluetooth forwarding.
