Analog input module development for protection relay
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I want to embedded system engineer to work with me on the development of Analog input board for protection relay design.
Job requires to develop 8 channel input board.
4x current input
4x voltage input
Current inputs designed for nominal current 1 and 5 Amperes(AC) and voltage for nominal voltage of 100 VAC.
Current inputs possible overload up to 100xIn for 1second.
Voltage inputs overload up to 300VAC.
Inputs measuring in class 0.5.
ADC technology to be discussed.
Board has to have CAN FD bus conenction to main processing module.
Design work includes first block diagram and working principle, selection of main components, schematic and PCB layout in KiCAD, firmware development.
Prototype we will assemble and test in our lab and give feedback and requests for modifications.
