Amend PCB design and firmware using EW-MOD02 BLE module. To extend battery life. URGENT project

We need an engineer to look at the PCB files and amend to extend the battery life of the product.
We to add a sleep mode so when product is not in use the minimum amount of power is used just to monitor a pressure sensor. when pressure sensor is pushed the product should turn on to active mode.
the target battery life should be:
Sleep mode - approx 10,000hrs+
Active mode - 300hours+
last job is to amend the SSID and add the last 4 digits of the MAC address in the firmware.
The product will connect to our existing app via bluetooth. All existing firmware files and PCB files will be provided to amend.
