Altium pcb designer 4-6 layer experience

Hello, I’m looking for an experienced Altium PCB Designer for my project team. I require the designer to have experience with designing for 4-6 layer PCBs in altium. The design rules I will be using are IEC 60950-1. I will need to create new components as well as using existing ones for the project. Finally, I'm looking for the design to have a rigid layout.
