Altium Schematic Design & Component Validation for Embedded Systems

Job ID: 39488814

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

We're building a compact, low-power dual-embedded system consisting of a wearable device and its base station. The architecture is defined in a detailed PDF spec, and we need an experienced Altium engineer to implement a clean schematic capture, source key support components, and validate critical component selections.

Responsibilities:
- Create two flat Altium schematics (no layout needed) based on our spec:
- Wearable module: MCU (STM32N6), MIPI camera (OV8856), PMIC (MAX77654), BLE module, eMMC flash
- Base module: MCU (STM32H743), USB-C PD, Wi-Fi/BLE combo chip (NXP IW612), eMMC flash, PMIC
- Validate major IC selections and flag any obvious incompatibilities or missing support circuitry.
- Source essential passive and supporting components, including:
- Decoupling caps, pull-ups, filter caps, ferrites
- Oscillators/crystals for the MCUs
- ESD and USB protection components
- Generate a netlist for each schematic and deliver ready-to-layout Altium project files.

Deliverables:

- Altium project files for both modules (schematic + symbols)
- Netlists for each system
- Recommended support component list (part numbers included)
- BOM export (CSV)
