Altium PCB for 0.96” OLED display with SSD1306

I need someone to design a PCB in Altium with an OLED display and SSD1306 controller. I2C connection through 4-pin header. It is very similar to many modules you can buy online so this part is easy. But I need someone who knows where to buy/source the parts and how they will get assembled (special instructions to PCB manufacturer, how the OLED stays in place, etc) The goal is to make a small prototype run of PCB. Please only apply if you can help me get a real working PCB in my hands. It should be trivial if you have done this before. This may lead to more projects with us. Thank you !
