Altium PCB Designer need for SMPS power supply

I need Altium PCB Designer who can make pcb design, assembling and testing of products. It is a 230v ac to 48v dc SMPS power supply of 1.5kw reference design. I need all source pcb and firmware files to be handed over to me after completion of work. The firmware in TI based DSP controller. The basic firmware is already given in the reference design. Now need only customised and make the prototype. The prototype hardware expense will bear by me separately.
