12V Air Compressor Design for Tire Inflation

I need a little module made with a screen and button to set tire pressure and a separate deflate and inflate button both of which when pressed watch and or regulate the pressure until aired down to required pressure. I need it to be waterproof and relatively heat resistant since it will most likely be mounted in the engine bay of off-road vehicles. The higher air flow rate it can handle the better as air up and air down times when off-roading are important. This will need to be able to integrate with arb brand compressors.
To get it to desired pressure we will probably have set timer values to run the compressor for x amount of time if it starts at 3 psi and is going to 40, once it gets to approximate runtime then have it switch to an automatic 10 seconds on then check pressure until it reaches target pressure
