Power Board requirements:
1. Power Input – 110v-220v 50Hz with a line Fuse
2. AC to DC converter 24V
3. DC to DC converter 24V to 5v or 3.3v
4. 2 channels for relays AC 10A 220v (heater, cooler)
5. 1 channel for relays AC 5A 220v (small heater)
6. 5 channels of DC 24V mosfets (4 electric water valves and fan switch)
7. High power connector for heater, compressor and small heater
8. Connector that contains all channels (8 ch) and 5V or 3.3V power lines, this connector will connect with cable to controller board (10 lines)
9. All 5 mosfet channels need to have DC connectors so we can connect cables to them.
10. The board need to be divided to AC high power and DC low power section.
11. The relays and mosfets need to work with 5V or 3.3V logic control and the logic lines need to be protected.
12. Optional – add 1 more mosfet channel that will work in parallel with the heater element (in 24V DC)
13. the board needs to pass UL and EC certification
