2 flashing led board

I need a tiny board that will have 3 LEDs. 1 SMT on bottom and 2 5mm flat top on top. A CR battery & tilt switch. I have blueprints. Very simple board I need designed & know what components needed.(for wire length, Blue area is where CR will go)
