Rp2040 based counter

I am looking for an experienced engineer who can help me build an RP2040 based counter. Specifically, I need an up counter that also has a reset mechanism and additional logic elements. This will be designed for a specific purpose and it needs to be engineered in such a way that the performance is reliable and at a high standard.
