Zibee IOT complete Solution -- 2

I am looking for a complete hardware/software/cloud IOT solution for my project, Zibee. I already have a specific platform in mind for this solution, so I need the project to be built on that. Furthermore, I need the solution to include device and data management. This should cover a wide range of IOT services, from connectivity to analytics and insights. The solution should focus on scalability and suitability to our needs and match the standards of the latest technologies in the market. The ideal candidate for this job should demonstrate technical and/or experience in both software and hardware as well as IOT services.
we need to an IOT solution composing of end unit which is an LED (AC-DC"12/24v") transformer with ESP32 controller that can control the output "on\off" and measure the power output. the end point will calibrate the normal power draw from the load and if this load falls under a certain percentage of the normal output power value will communicate and alarm to the gateway. the end unit will be part of a zigbee mesh of other end points and connect to a zibgee gateway that we need to manufacture as well. the gateway will connect to a remote server over the internet or local network and will have output dry contacts to communicate alarms. the software to be use to program the devices is circuit python or python.
