Wireless Charger PCB Optimization
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have a wireless-charging circuit squeezed into a 40 mm × 14 mm board, but I want to refine it so the board cleanly drives three on-board LEDs that communicate charging progress: solid “Charging”, progressive “Almost full”, and finally “Fully charged”.
Besides integrating those three status lights, I’m looking for help fine-tuning the layout and component selection so the board stays thermally stable and keeps overall efficiency high within this tight footprint. You’re free to adjust trace widths, part placement, coil position, and any supporting driver circuitry as long as the end result fits the same 40 × 14 envelope.
Deliverables
• Updated schematic showing the LED-driving stage and any component swaps
• Optimised PCB layout files (Altium, KiCad, or Eagle are all fine)
• Production-ready Gerbers and drill files
• Clear BOM with part numbers that are actually purchasable
