Test Tube Incubator Design and Prototyping

I need a design and prototype for a test tube incubator.

Requirements:
- Designed for both glass and plastic test tubes
- Capacity to hold 32 test tubes
- Temperature range of 37°C to 60°C

Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in designing incubators or similar temperature-controlled devices
- Prototyping skills using suitable materials
- Understanding of thermal regulation and insulation
