TWS Earbuds Prototype Build
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I already have the full schematic and Gerber files for a new pair of true-wireless stereo (TWS) earbuds. What I now need is a turnkey, ready-to-manufacture prototype.
Your task is to take the data package as-is, fabricate the boards, source or machine the mechanical parts, assemble everything into a production-grade set of units, and run comprehensive validation so I know the design is truly build-ready.
Key points you will handle:
• PCB fabrication and SMT assembly directly from my Gerber files and BOM.
• Casing fabrication (material is open—please propose what fits cost, weight, and durability goals).
• Final mechanical/electrical assembly so the earbuds pair, charge, and play as intended.
• Full test coverage: audio quality, Bluetooth range In earbuds , universal connectivity in mobile phone and earbuds charging case and stability, battery life, charging behavior, button/gesture responsiveness, and environmental stress (drop/temperature) to verify manufacturing readiness.
Deliverables:
1. Two fully assembled, functional earbud sets with matching charging cases.
2. A concise test report summarizing procedures, equipment used, and measured results.
3. Updated documentation if any tweaks were required during the build.
