Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I need a compact, reliable AC solid-state relay designed specifically for driving pump loads. The control side will accept 3–32 V DC, while the load side must safely switch 24–380 V AC at a continuous 25 A.

Core expectations
• Status indication via a front-panel LED
• Full opto-isolation between control and load
• Zero-cross switching is preferred to minimise inrush, but I will consider a non-zero-cross solution if it offers clear advantages for motor-driven pumps.
• The housing should be compatible with a standard heat-sink footprint, and I am open to either DIN-rail or panel mounting depending on what your thermal calculations show to be most practical.

Deliverables
1. Full schematic with component values and reference designators
2. PCB layout ready for fabrication (Gerber, drill files, assembly drawing)
3. Verified BOM with part numbers that are readily available from mainstream suppliers
4. Thermal analysis showing heat-sink selection and expected junction temperatures at 25 A continuous
5. Brief application note describing wiring, recommended fusing, and startup testing for pump duty
