Single-Phase Cooking Induction Control Board

I need a custom control board that control my existing single-phase cooking induction and the user, handling core jobs: switching the unit on or off, regulating its cooking temperature. Navigating between different modes. Interaction must be through simple, robust physical button or digital button.

Here’s what I’m hoping to receive:

• Complete schematic and PCB layout (Gerber + drill files)
• Bill of materials with readily available parts
• Clear wiring instructions so I can integrate the board with my current single-phase induction hardware and mains supply
