SSR 3-Phase Motor Control PCB
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a production-ready board that can drive a three-phase motor forward and reverse through solid-state relays while safeguarding the system with reliable over-current protection. The board will be part of a larger automation line, so clean panel-mount signals (24 V logic or opto-isolated) and clear status feedback are important.
KiCad is the required platform; I will be opening and editing every file there, so please stay within its native tool-set. Thermal layout, creepage, and clearance are completely up to you—there are no fixed size constraints, so place components where they run coolest and safest.
Deliverables
• KiCad schematic and PCB layout files
• Gerber, drill, and pick-and-place outputs ready for fabrication
• Complete, supplier-ready BOM with manufacturer part numbers
• Short design note covering SSR choice, interlock logic, and the current-trip calculation
Once I receive the package, I’ll build a prototype and may request one iteration based on live tests. If you have prior experience with motor starters or high-current power electronics, point me to an example so I can get you on board quickly.
