Redesign Raspberry Pi CM4 NAS Carrier Board

The new design must prioritize reliability, easy debugging, and manual assembly, using through-hole components wherever possible. Requirements: regulated 12V DC input → 5.1V (≥5A) with reverse-polarity protection, fuse/PTC, and bulk capacitors; standard CM4 boot control using a jumper or switch on nRPI_BOOT (no MCU involvement); proper nRPI_ENABLE pull-up with optional reset; clear silkscreen labels and test points (12V, 5V, 3.3V, BOOT, ENABLE). Deliverables: KiCad schematic, PCB, BOM, and brief power/boot explanation.
