Reading a JTAG BIOS

I am a field engineer and have a SBC that I need to maintain but I have no access to read or modify the BIOS settings. I understand these need to be read via JTAG but I have no experience of this. I am looking for an experienced Electronics design engineer/developer who can receive the SBC in question and read the BIOS settings
