I need a DC-AC Pure Sine Wave Inverter design for helping me move from concept to production on a truly rugged DC-AC inverter for industrial machinery. The unit will accept 12 V–48 V DC on the input rail and deliver a clean, stable 115 V, 400Hz, Sine Wave 350Watt AC output that can survive the electrical abuse of factory floors—surges, vibration, and wide-temperature operation included.

What I need from you is not a canned reference design but a full engineering package that covers topology selection, loss analysis, control strategy, protection features, thermal management, and compliance considerations (EMI, safety). Your past projects should show that you have already solved comparable challenges and can back it up with real-world test data.

Key deliverables (in discrete form):
