Printed circuit board design

Hi, my name is Sergiu and I am development engineer at Burnertech UK. We don’t normally make our own PCB but for our latest development we need to create an auxiliary board which will complement the main motherboard. Would you be able to create the PCB for us from zero? We will give you the list of components and wiring diagram (we don’t have software to create PCB layout) and based on that you will create final assembly. The size of the final product will be about 27mm x 55mm and it will have two resistors, one transistor, one 24VDC relay, one diode and three Molex PCB connectors. This is a very basic board so it should be easy for you I guess. Please let me know if this is possible and what would be the lead time. Thank you.
