Monitor PCB & Firmware Development

Job ID: 39810270

Budget: ₹12,500 – ₹37,500 INR

I have a set of hand-drawn sketches for a new main board for a PC monitor that houses an add-on subsystem, and I’m ready to turn them into a fully manufacturable design. The job covers three closely linked parts:

1. Complete hardware design
• Translate my sketches into a finished schematic and multilayer PCB ready for fabrication.
• Keep the video-processing channels intact while adding the new subsystem on the same board (typical consumer-grade monitor form factor, tight bezel clearance).
• Choose components, route high-speed signals, and prepare the BOM, Gerbers, pick-and-place, and 3D step files with proper DFM/EMC considerations.

2. Embedded software / firmware
• Bring-up code for the onboard controller that handles the add-on features.
• Source-level documentation so future revisions are straightforward (C/C++ or another well-supported toolchain is fine).

3. Tunneling testing & validation
• Develop a concise test plan, run the required signal-integrity and functional checks on first-run boards, then deliver a results report that confirms the design is production-ready.

I’m flexible on design tools—Altium, KiCad, or something comparable—as long as the final output is industry-standard. End-to-end ownership is important to me, so please be comfortable taking the board from concept to tested prototype.
