US Manufacturer for Charging Prototype
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I already have complete CAD drawings, Gerber/PCB layout files, and a full set of manufacturing files for my charging prototype. Now I need a stateside partner who can turn those files into finished, assembled units.
My goal is to get production-quality pieces on shelves through physical stores and into the hands of wholesale distributors as quickly as possible. Because of that timeline, everything from board fabrication and surface-mount assembly to housing, final QA, and pack-out must happen within the United States.
What I’m looking for
• Fabrication of the PCB using my provided Gerbers
- PBC testing & verified
• Component sourcing
• Mechanical build of the enclosure
• Functional testing
• Final assembly, labeling, and retail-ready packaging
• Confirmation that all boards pass standards
• Demonstrated capability to scale to the next production run without changing the U.S. manufacturing location
