High Voltage DC-DC UPS Power Supply
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I require a 40vdc - 1000VDC to 12v UPS Isolated Power supply.
Input 40-1000vdc (dual input / this means that both inputs go to the same point on the PCB but all that is additional is blocking diodes to make sure that power cannot flow though them in reverse between them)
Dual Output:
* Output 1 24vdc@10a continuous
* Output 2 12vdc@5a continuous
Backup battery 24v (should be charge by the power supply) 8 cell LiFePO4.
Should have a 8 cell BMS chip to monitor and balance the cells.
Should track the state of charge of the "Battery"
Configurable charge current to charge the backup battery Max should be 15a. (range form 1-15a)
Should not supply power if the Cells are empty (2.5v) but should be able to receive power so that it can charge the cells and also supply power to its output power.
Should implement protections to stop charging the cells if one of the cells reach 3.5v
Should balance cells if cells get above 3.4v and there is a 20mv difference between the highest and lowest cells.
If there was balancing activated, balancing should deactivate when the cells reach 10mv difference.
PC Program to set all these parameters.
Charging voltage, charging current, balance trigger voltage, balance trigger millivolt difference.
I will require a working prototype to be shipped to me.
