We are developing a professional Video Wall Power Solution and are looking for an experienced engineer/team to design a high-efficiency SMPS (Switched Mode Power Supply).

Scope of Work:

Design of 5V 60A (300W) SMPS
High efficiency, low ripple output (suitable for LED video wall panels)
Universal AC input (85–265V AC)
Proper EMI/EMC filtering and compliance
Thermal management (heatsink + airflow optimization)
Protections: OVP, OCP, SCP, OTP
Compact, SMD-based PCB (2-layer / 4-layer preferred)
Isolation and safety standards consideration

Key Requirements:

Stable output for continuous 24/7 operation
Minimal flicker / noise impact on video wall display
High reliability (targeting commercial-grade performance)
Provision for parallel operation (optional, if feasible)
