Earbud PCB Schematic Design

I need a clear, production-ready schematic for an in-ear wireless earbud PCB. I will handle the final board layout and manufacturing myself, so what I am really after is a solid electronic blueprint that I can drop straight into the CAD stage.

At this point I’m flexible about the EDA package—Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad or any comparable tool is fine as long as the files are exportable to standard formats (PDF for the schematic, native design files, and a searchable BOM). We can fine-tune feature details such as Bluetooth, noise cancellation or touch sensing once we start; the schematic just needs to leave room for whichever combination we lock in.

Deliverables
• Complete, well-labeled schematic of the earbud PCB
• BOM with footprints, part numbers and supplier links
• Native project files plus a PDF printout for quick review

Acceptance criteria
• All component symbols and footprints match the BOM
• Power, RF and audio sections isolated per best-practice layout guidelines
• No ERC or DRC errors in the final file
