ESP32-Based IoT Device Hardware Design

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I need a full-stack hardware design for an ESP32-based IoT product that is ready to hand straight to a contract manufacturer. The board must integrate a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor, a capacitive-touchscreen LCD for the user interface, on-board Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, and a coil-based wireless-charging power stage with all supporting power-management circuitry.

Here is what counts as “done” for me:

• Complete schematics, clearly organised and annotated
• Multi-layer PCB layout optimised for RF integrity, touchscreen noise immunity and wireless-charging coil placement
• Manufacturing package: Gerbers, pick-and-place, drill files, tested BOM with alternates, and assembly notes
• Firmware bring-up checklist so my internal team can load and sanity-test the first article
• Brief DFM report highlighting stack-up, impedance control and any critical assembly considerations

Altium, KiCad or OrCAD are all fine—please confirm which you prefer. The final design must comply with FCC/CE pre-cert guidelines for 2.4 GHz radios; keep component selection to mainstream, easily sourced parts.

If you have shipped ESP32 products before, I would love to see examples, but the real measure will be clean files I can send straight to the board house without a second pass.
