Custom 3S Li-Po PDB Design

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

I need a carefully-engineered power distribution board that can sit at the heart of a 3-cell Li-Po system, handle bursts up to 80 A (around 35 A continuous), and keep my analogue sensors reading cleanly even while five ESC-driven motors are spinning.

Core functions
• Step-down rails: two independent 5 V bucks and one 3.3 V buck to feed a Raspberry Pi, a Teensy, a standard servo and two analogue sensors.
• High-current bus: direct battery feeds for five ESCs plus an additional tap for a single analogue pressure sensor.
• Built-in protection: overcurrent, overvoltage and temperature monitoring are all mandatory, and the whole layout must be low-noise by design—analogue performance is the most critical element of the project.

What I expect to receive
1. Complete schematic (KiCad or Altium preferred, PDF export as well).
2. PCB layout ready for fabrication, including Gerbers, drill files and pick-and-place data.
3. BOM with manufacturer part numbers and at least one in-stock supplier link for every part.
4. Brief design note outlining key calculations, protection thresholds and any layout choices made to minimise noise on the sensor lines.
