Custom ESP32 board
Budget: $300 – $400 USD
We are seeking an experienced PCB design engineer to develop a custom PCB for an ESP32 micro-controller with WiFi capabilities, battery management, wireless charging management, USB connectivity, and a flexible flat cable (FFC) connector. The project also requires the design of a flexible flat cable with a small sensor on one end and the connector on the other end. The final deliverable should include all the necessary design files and documentation to send to a PCB manufacturer for fabrication and assembly.

Skills:
Proficiency in PCB design and layout using software such as Altium Designer, Eagle, KiCad, or OrCAD
Experience with ESP32 micro-controller and WiFi circuit design, including the use of an external antenna
Knowledge of battery management and charging circuits, including wireless charging
Familiarity with USB connectivity for programming purposes
Experience designing flexible flat cables and integrating sensors
Knowledge of electronic components selection and sourcing
Proficiency in PCB fabrication and assembly processes
