DC-AC Converter for Renewables

Job ID: 40414328

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m building out a renewable-energy platform and need a purpose-built DC to AC conversion stage. The goal is a reliable, high-efficiency inverter that can take the DC bus from my storage array and deliver a clean sine-wave output suitable for grid-tied or standalone operation.

The work includes choosing an appropriate topology, running the necessary simulations, and delivering production-ready documentation. We can finalise exact voltage, power rating, and compliance targets together, but efficiency and robustness are top priorities.

Deliverables I expect:
• Detailed schematic with component selections. Worst case analysis of circuits
• Simulation results that verify efficiency, THD and thermal performance
• PCB layout files and complete BOM
• Firmware or control logic outline for the modulation strategy
• Brief test plan so I can replicate your bench validation

Experience with inverter design for solar or wind systems, familiarity with SPWM or similar control techniques, and comfort using tools such as LTspice, PLECS, Altium or KiCad will be valuable here. If you’ve taken a converter from concept to field deployment before, let’s talk.
