I am rolling out a small-scale industrial automation rig that runs on an Arduino Mega driving seven 12 V linear actuators through BTS7960 H-bridge modules. A 3.5-inch TFT touchscreen will serve as the local HMI, while an SD card stores a CSV database of stroke profiles to be recalled automatically whenever a hand-held barcode scanner sends a trigger.

To keep the build reproducible, I need a turnkey package that includes:

• Production-ready firmware (Arduino IDE / C++) covering barcode parsing, CSV handling, motion sequencing with soft-start/stop, fault detection, and a simple touch-driven menu.
• A clearly labelled wiring diagram showing every connection between Mega, drivers, actuators, scanner, SD module, and display.
• KiCad 8 PCB files for a custom shield that tidies up power rails, logic lines, and provides screw-terminal outputs for the actuators.
• A brief README so I can flash the code, populate the board, and run a first article test without guesswork.

Because this controls real hardware on an industrial line, reliability and safety interlocks are critical. Please build in current sensing or driver feedback so a stalled actuator is detected and the cycle halts.
