Compact SMD Circuit Design

Job ID: 40007802

Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR

I need a 45-55 mm diameter SMD board that drives a tiny fan from a 500 mAh Li-ion cell. The board must integrate:
• a USB-powered charging module,
• a tactile button that, on a single press, feeds the fan for exactly 180 s,
• two differently coloured LEDs—one confirms the unit is powered, the other shows the cell is fully charged.

Please keep the component count low, choose readily available parts, and prioritise durability and long service life. I would like to compare 3–4 alternative implementations (for example varying the charging IC, the timer approach, or the LED driver method) so I can decide which route best balances cost and robustness.

Deliverables I expect:
• complete schematic files and annotated PDFs
• a concise bill of materials with supplier links and unit prices
• PCB layout inside the 45-55 mm circular outline (Gerbers and drill files)
• brief notes explaining the 180 s timing method you chose and any trade-offs among your alternative designs

Altium, KiCad or Eagle are all fine—please state which tool you prefer. A short design review call after delivery would be helpful so I can move straight to prototyping.
