Compact 150W Mini Inverter System Design

The Compact Mini Inverter System supports up to 150W continuous load with a square wave output and ≥85% efficiency.
The PCB should be 210mm × 100mm (max), made of FR-4 (1.6mm, ≥1oz copper), and double-sided for a compact layout and better thermal performance.
It uses a relay-based power priority system, running on grid power by default, auto-switching to battery power on grid loss (<50ms delay), and returning automatically when power is restored.
The battery pack consists of 3S 18650 Li-ion cells (11.1V nominal, 12.6V full, 6Ah) with a built-in BMS offering overcharge, over-discharge, short-circuit, and balancing protection.
Charging is automatic via grid using CC–CV method, with auto cutoff on full charge and protection against overcurrent and thermal faults.
System protections include overload, short-circuit, and overheat. Indicators include Power ON and Charging Status LEDs.
