Autonomous Scooter & Car(vehicles) Wiring & Circuits -- 2

Job ID: 39728576

Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR

The project involves creating a complete electrical architecture for an autonomous car, from high-level power distribution down to connector pin-outs. Schematics and wiring must safely integrate all sensors, traction and steering motors, the battery-management system, and a handful of additional ancillary components already selected by the engineering team.

Circuits have to underpin autonomous navigation, obstacle detection, and the emergency braking system while leaving headroom for other basic driving features we will phase in later. Expect to route low-level signal lines alongside high-current motor feeds, plan CAN-bus and Ethernet runs, and protect everything with the right fusing, isolation, and shielding strategy.

Deliverables
• Block diagram and single-line power schematic
• Detailed harness drawings with wire gauges, colors, connector part numbers, and grounding strategy
• PCB or board-level design files (Altium or KiCad) for sensor conditioning, motor drivers, and BMS interface circuits
• Bill of materials with automotive-grade components
• Test plan covering continuity, load, and EMI/EMC checks
• Concise installation guide that a technician can follow on the shop floor

Acceptance criteria: every drawing must reference real-world components, follow standard automotive symbols, and simulate within safe thermal limits for a 48 V system before sign-off.
