ADS1298 ECG Front-End Design

I need a compact, low-noise analog front end for a multi-lead ECG built around the Texas Instruments ADS1298. The goal is a fully validated schematic and PCB layout that can capture clean ECG signals, digitise them through the ADS1298, and present the data via an SPI interface for a downstream MCU.

Key points of the job
• Core converter: ADS1298 integrated correctly with its internal PGAs, reference, and bias generation.
• Signal chain: front-end instrumentation amplifiers, right-leg drive, antialias and mains-rejection filtering sized to meet IEC 60601 ECG bandwidth/noise limits.
• Power: dual-supply or single-supply rail architecture with proper isolation and low-drop regulators.
• Safety & compliance: pay attention to patient-isolation clearances and leakage current paths.

Deliverables
1. Complete Altium (or KiCad) schematic with annotated design notes.
2. Two-layer (preferred) or four-layer PCB layout, manufacturable Gerbers, and assembly drawings.
3. Bill of Materials with manufacturer part numbers and expected lead times.
4. Brief design report outlining gain, CMRR, noise calculations, and how each IEC 60601 requirement is met.
5. Test plan and suggested fixture for bench verification.

To help me assess fit, include links or attachments showing past work on ECG, EMG, or any other biopotential front ends you have produced—especially boards that shipped or passed regulatory testing. No formal proposal is needed at this stage; the clearest demonstration will be real hardware you have already taken through to measurement.
