back up all accounts

Hi there, I have a very specific task that I think is not that hard for someone that knows a bit about tech.

Here it is : I started a small investment firm last year and I am leaving this company in 3 days. I want to back up/copy-paste/export everything we have been doing on the following platforms and put them in a separate one with a different account.

- slack
- gmail
- google drive
- airtable
-doc send
- notion
- click up

Basically all of the above, I have an account with my work login and password for all those. I have created another account with my personal login and password (not the work one) and I want to basically copy paste or export or back up everything from the work one to the personal one.

I have no idea how to do that.

Can you please help me ? I believe it is not that complicated, I am juste super bad with all the above ...
