Upgrade Win XP PROGRAM to Windows 11

I need a setup that allows multiple computers to access a master computer running Windows XP. The goal is to use word processing software via network share.

Requirements:
- Access from 7 additional computers
- Save documents directly to the master computer
- Utilize the same Wi-Fi network
- Special printer driver for document printing

Ideal skills and experience:
- Networking expertise
- Familiarity with Windows XP
- Experience with network shares and printer setup

Time Frame : 1-7 Days

ALL requirements && Working Structure

I open up the Master Computer that running OLD windows XP and other 7 computers are going to enter the Master Computer and Click on Program.
Suppose the computer 2 enter the master program from computer 1, after finish I will click save file and it will save on Master computer.

Networking
we are using the same NETWORK (WIFI) and after finish work I will save the file on the master computer.
