I am assembling a small roster of freelance field engineers who can visit client offices around Germany whenever hardware issues arise. The work is strictly hands-on: computer setup and repair. Typical calls involve installing operating systems on fresh or wiped PCs, troubleshooting hardware faults (from dead drives to faulty RAM), and upgrading components such as memory, SSDs, or graphics cards.
When I receive a ticket, I will forward you the site address, brief issue description, and any vendor-supplied diagnostics. You will travel to the location, complete the task, and submit a short service report with photos or screenshots confirming resolution.
Accepted Deliverables
• OS installed and activated on target machines
• Hardware faults diagnosed and fixed, with root cause noted
• Components upgraded and verified with basic stress or POST tests
• Concise service report returned within 24 h of visit
You should already have a reliable toolkit, experience with Windows and macOS imaging, and confidence working independently on client premises. Fluency in German is a plus but not mandatory if you can communicate clearly in English with our help desk.
