Quarterly Windows PC Maintenance
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
My office relies on a small fleet of Windows-based machines that need a thorough preventive service every three months. Each visit should include:
• Hardware health inspection: fans, drives, memory, power supplies, cabling, and basic cleaning
• Software upkeep: Windows updates, driver/firmware patches, application version checks
• Security sweep: full virus and malware scan with removal or quarantine of any threats
A concise post-service report outlining work performed, issues found, and any recommendations will close each quarterly session. All work can be done on-site or remotely where practical—as long as downtime is kept to a minimum and data integrity stays intact.
