Operating System Malfunction Support

A recent update has left my main workstation’s operating system in a boot-loop and throwing repeated blue-screen errors. Safe Mode only loads sporadically, so I can’t run the usual repair tools long enough to finish the job. I’m after solid technical support that can zero in on the root cause—whether that’s corrupted system files, bad drivers, or a damaged boot sector—and get the machine stable again without losing any data.
You’ll have remote access (AnyDesk or TeamViewer, whichever you prefer) plus full event logs and dump files. Once the OS is up and running normally, I’d like a short hand-off report explaining what went wrong, exactly what you changed, and a couple of preventive steps I can take for the future.
